Samsung Galaxy S4 Samsung Smart Care = EPIC FAIL

4.5 months ago I upgraded to Galaxy S4, of which handset has been booked in at Samsung Smart Care (SSC) for repairs (awaiting parts) for month in total.
After only 6 weeks started rebooting randomly. Had to book it into SSC when screen cracked. Handset slipped and dropped ONLY 15cm - unusable! Samsung didn't have any spare parts available in SA - waited 3 weeks! Eventually got handset back after replacement of screen & main board. Got promised in case of any further issues, Samsung to replace handset with brand new one. Also had to fight not to pay for data restore - NOT advised when booking in handset.
Screen would get hot and 3 weeks ago handset started "dying" - had to be put on charge in order to be restarted. Within week handset was unusable - booked in at SSC on 2 November 2013. Phoned daily to follow up on progress, but nobody could give me an update and never received promised return calls with feedback. Finally heard on day 5 that handset has not even been assessed yet! Assessment eventually done - battery to be replaced, but Samsung out of stock on BATTERIES!!! Day 11 and waiting...
UNACCEPTABLE!!! Samsung not living up to customer service and quick repair times promises!
