Outstanding Service..Very impressed

My contract was recently due for an upgrade and i didn't do it telephonically as i was still deciding on what phone to get. After some time weighing my options, the samsung S4 seemed like a good upgrade. I called galleria mall to find out if i could upgrade my contract while shopping in the mall and if they had stock of the phone, I spoke to a very polite and knowledgeable consultant by the name of Sumeshen who advised me that it wont be a problem and i just need to come into the store and speak to him. To my surprise he remembered my name as soon as i asked for him in the store, introduced himself as if he was waiting for me all this time.

He then gave me a detailed description of the handset and the type of contract i was entering and also offered me all the other options to best suit my lifestyle. I explained that i was not very clued up as to the new technology and if he could assist in setting up this advanced samsung handset and he did so with no complaints. He went as far as showing me how to access most of my applications, setting up a new email account and fitting the cover and screen protector i had purchased at the store.
