Poor ADSL Service:

On 28 August 2013 Telkom install the ADSL system. Since then I have problems with it. For the first 6 weeks I could not even use the phone to lock the faulty system and used my cell.
The ADSL was fixed but I could only use it at night and weekends. I did go to the Telkom shop at Festival Mall on 01/11/2013 and cancelled the service due to the poor service.
On 14/11/2013 a Telkom service lady Millicent phoned me and told me I will get discount on the service and that the service will be double the speed from 25/11/2013. She also told me that I cancelled the service on the 1st and I must pay for December also.
On 28/11/2013 I send her a second mail on 28/11/2013 to remove the system from my place.
I did receive another account for December that brings the total R1 823.85 paid for no service.
I feel Telkom need to give me back my money because they did sell a product that they did not comply according there advertising.
