Paying for a service after cancelation

I have cancelled my adsl with telkom because we were moving to a farm. I was told that there is no infrastructure for my line to be moved and for the adsl. That was on the 31st of May. Since then i get billed every month over 300 for my adsl. Why must i pay a service if Telkom cant accomodate me with a it. So after numeres dusputes logged it is still not done with. I phoned telkom on the 13-08-2013 and spoke to Selo Setsoho 12.00pm Ref call nr 46895510 and he said that i will get a final invoice on the 4th Sept 2013, then everything will be cancelled. I had paid after we have moved amount of over 400 for the account of June. Still they add the adsl amount on my account. Still i have not received a call from Telkom saying that my account has been cancelled... Please go to that day's recording and listen carefully that was said to me... Then call me to clear up this matter. And Please note that i give my wife authority to speak on my behalf. My account has been given over to a attorney. Telkom are quick to do that, rather they resolve my problem then none of this is neccesary.
