I applied for two deals on the 5 December 2013 at your Claremont Branch. After various visits and mails I got a conformation mail on the 12 December 2013 that I can collect. I went to the store and was told that I needed to come back in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I returned and the gent were still busy. I checked the contract and noticed that the advertised prices and the amount I being charged is not the same. Asking the gentleman he said he told me that he did tell me the top up will cost more. He mentioned about R30 and now suddenly it is R150. I told him this is not acceptable and he got upset, telling me now he needs to redo the contract. I told him then why don't he just cancel the contract because I've been around, the advertised amounts, the amounts given by the MTN agent and then the final amounts does not corresponded. I send a mail to customer care and still waiting for their response. MTN is a big boy and their customer small, do they really care or is it just a money making business not caring about their clients.
