Cell C
No effort to get back to me

I went to a cell C store to try take out a cellphone contract, but there was a problem so I could not take out the contract I was disappointed but left the store and went about my business, the next day I received a call from cell C customer care and was told that they would make a plan and get back to me later on that day or the next to help me get a contract, this did not happen. I waited almost a week and tried to phone the customer care line a few times over that day but no one answered and an ad told me to e-mail them so I did, I then got an e-mail back telling me within 24-48 hours I will get a response, this did not happen another few days went by and I still attempted to phone their care Line but still I just waited while wasting airtime, so I then e-mailed again getting a response within the same time but still I have not received any feedback like they told me I would, it is shocking service as I really need the cellphone contract for business and my studies and all I wanted was a response for them to tell me if they could help me or not.
