Breach of contract, wrong tariffs charged

I cancelled my existing contract and paid the appropriate cancellation fees. i then upgraded my other contract on 29 November 2013 and obtained the htc one mini. i had to change the number of the contract. Firstly, this process took 3 days.i was eventually told that everything is in place and that my new contract has been activated.it was also explained to me that if i add the amount of R7 to the contract that i will be charged an amount of 15c per MB for out of bundle internet usage, so i gladly did.a couple od days later i received a call from customer care to notify me that my internet usage is now on R700, WHICH IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY. after hours and hours on the phone they indicated that the contract i entered into will only be activated in February 2014, which is not logical. so its seems that i am being charged 99c per MB. this is not what i entered into. my new contact indicating the 15c per MB does not reflect on their system and i was told that i have to pay these amounts.this amounts. i have a copy of the contract which indicates otherwise.i have now other remedy but to cancel my debit order until these issues have been finalized to my satisfaction.unable to use phone now.
