I am very disappointed, I took out a contract nearly a year ago, last month I got a bill for three times the amount I usually pay, and today is the 18th and my account already is double what my subscription usually is. I am very upset that customer care says, that I'm not allowed to put a cap on my cellphone, because i'ts an open contract?

Can someone please help me to sort this out?
