Cancelled contract, still taking money

I send them from the 1 st of December 7 e-mails stating that I have cancelled my contract. they never replied to any e-mail. then I phoned them. after holding on for customer care for up to 12 minutes, nobody ever answered the phone.
today is the 6th of Jan and they took the installment. so how many times must you ask them to stop the contract?
it is not my fault if the 2 people at customer care cant read. i phoned them again today, after 10 minutes sombody did answer, but new nothing of any email. how many e-mails do they want before someone starts working on
