I loaded 100 in my mtn lotto account on the 11th of December and quoted my cell phone number. It's now the 17th and this amount is still not loaded. I have patiently sent no less than 6 emails with proof of payments. And I have made no less than 6 phone calls at R2.65 a minute over the past 5 days being told it's being followed up. My last call was actually fed up, I cannot understand a response from someone who deals with customers saying "I will only get back to you when I get a response" So what? No acknowledgement of having received a single email? No single call to say, listen I know I said I'd get back to you 3 hours ago but I'm still waiting for a response and I will keep enquiring. Something? anything? to show that you are taking my 7day query a little serious instead of giving me an impression that you couldn't be bothered. This is highly disturbing and leaves little faith!
