I was in Germany on business from June to July and had my phone on international roaming. During June I never made a single call and only answered about 2calls. At the end of June, I found that my phone account was suspended, without any notice. I emailed CellC and there was no response. A week later I sent another email, and only a few days later received a response indicating that my phone was suspended without any reason. I replied on the email requesting that it be sorted out and I never received any response for weeks. I was without my phone for the entire July, while on business. When I got back, I found that I have a bill for R2000 for June and R8000 for July. They have already deducted the R2000 from my account and now plan to deduct the rest at he end of August. Cellc promised to investigate the matter but have not done so as yet, despite that their non responsiveness to my emails whilst overseas is disgraceful. This just another men's of loyal customers. I have been a cellc customer for years with two contracts and to experience such poor service and overcharging is ridiculous.
