Policy not found? YOU FOUND MONEY IN MY ACC THOUGH

How shocked and angry i was when i was told by the call center agents that i have no existing Extended Motor Warranty policy with innovation group. I'm sitting with a proof email attachment of the contract between me and them! every month, there's money coming out off my account for this cover by the way and i'm told i don't have a policy with them, then who keeps taking my money? My car is sitting @ audi, i need to submit a claim and for everything to be paid for / covered, now i can't because the cover is only now being loaded onto their systems, 1 YEAR, 3 MONTHS LATER!!! then i have to wait 24 hours and then my claim can be processed!
This is BAD FAITH AND A BREACH OF CONTRACT because nowhere in the contract does it say my policy will be loaded onto YOUR systems when i claim, then wait 24 hours to process the claim coz only then i'll be on the system!
Your call centre agents, Phumeza, Zinhle and Sibongile didnt even try help, when asked to speak to a supervisor / Manager i'm told they're in meetings and they'll call me back! It's close of business and i haven't received no acknowledgement or response.
