Eing robbed for my data bundles

According to my software my data bundles for the month have not yet been used, i have - 2gigs remaining, yet i received an sms from telkom mobile saying my internet access has been stopped because my gigs have been depleted.
upon calling the call center (17/12/2013) i was told it would be investigated and i would receive feedback within 24 hours .however i have not received any feedback yet.
this is not the first time i have been robbed for my gigs, and would like to know what exactly is going on...
also i have friends with the same data package as me and experience the same problem.
i would like to be compensated for my remained data.
and i would like telkom mobile to take extra precautions to ensure this never happens again.
