I have sent numerous emails and called countless times. The interest being charged on my account is incorrect. I want to settle my vehicle but due to this after 3 years according to Wesbank i owe more on my vehicle then what i purchased it for. i have all the proof, emails. but still no one is calling me back. My first email dates back to Feb. After about a month after i received a response from Faith Majabe with questions, which i answered and provided her with the proof. From there she has not replied to a single email. I resorted to the support email address where i received a response that someone will contact me shortly. this was MAY 2013! to date still nothing!!!
