I, Ntokozo Zilungile Mbata, ID number 8601070821084, cell number 0716409990 accidently made a payment of R500, 00 on the 13/12/2013 into my account which currently paid off (made a payment of R2751, 49 in October 2013 and was informed that amount will bring the account up to date and I will no longer be owing Vodacom. I called in today in order to be refunded, I have been redirected numerous of times to 082 111/1905/1946 and I was told to email my proof of payment to [Email Removed] which I did at 10;39am in order for my refund to be processed and that I should contact 0821946 to find out if my email has been received. I have been disconnected 4 times with no success. In the times that I have spoken to a number of consultants I've been told the following: My account is in arrears of R341.00, My account has been stopped, refund process takes 7 - 14 working days. Each consultant seems to have a different story. All I want is for my R500 to be refunded.
