On the 11th January I receive my statement with the outstanding balance in my loan account with real people I then call the call centre to confirm the amount payable and was provided with fax number to fax after the payment was made I did that on the 16th january 2013 & fax with the given ref number, I then called the next day to confirm if the fax was received and i was told it take up to 48 hours for the amount to clear.
On the 1st february 2013 my account was debited with an amount of R640 I called in to find out why and I was told to refax my proof of payment cause their didn't receive any money I then ask for an email address to send the proof and i was told that unfortunate the amount debit won't be refunded only the R370.68 will be refunded
I was angry but demanded my R370.68 returned
on the 3rd march 2013 I again called real people demanded to speak to the senior person incharge who promised that my money will be refund within 24 hours and that i was over debit and he will ask for the refund
on the debit order as well of R139.25 R370.68 =R509.93 that will be refunded to me and i got a refund sms on th 4th with this reference no;9797911 I only got R139.25 refund only
