DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING???

Oky so my account is in arears which I did not know because my bill is set on debit order.
I get to a Vodacom store and they tell me I am in arears which I do not have any trouble paying, but if I did not go in to that store I would not even have known.
NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL TO TELL ME THAT YOU ARE TO STUPID TO RUN DEBIT ORDERS.
Still acceptable beacause over the years I have bacame use to the poor service of Vodacom.
So I decided to cancel ALL my contracts with Vodacom. I phoned in about 6 times to be honest and FINALLY I got to someone who told me that my outstanding amount is R7500.
So I have agreed numerous times with 6 different consultants that I WANT TO CANCEL and just pay off that R7500 a R1000 each month on the 15th until I have reached that amount of R7500.
So after all arrangements was made I was told to go to ABSA with this REF number I29469134 and pay my R1000 in this morning. After that was made I phoned 0821946 to ask them if they have received the payment and they said I should phone 0821905. I phone the number and they say "sorry sir you need to phone 0821946" and puts the phone down in my ear. The consultant was a girl called LEE. So please help me.
