Absa
Payment Error and Absa No assistance

SA warranty made a payment on the 18/10/2013 to Absa for an amount of R6037.53 using a reference number SAVM. I have tried contacting them numerous times to correct the reference number so that the payment can be allocated to my Vehicle finance Account . i have had no luck with this. Absa doesn't know who to direct me to no matter what absa number you use. I came across and email address for there admin department which is [Email Removed] which i sent on the 25/10/2013 attached with my proof of payment and message to explain to them what needs to happen and what did happen.

Today 2013/11/07 i phoned Absa's 011 490 8111 number and was redirected to 011 223 6000 which then lead me to be redirected to 0860 000701 which was redirected again. No one can give me a number to contact to correct this issue. i had SA warranty contacting them numerous times and got told they do not have a number for the department which will assist me.
