In breach of CPA Regualations

Ordered Thursday 25/07/2013 (Order Number M10419398) Payment made 09h52 same day and proof of payment sent 4 times to [Email Removed] - Kalahari clearly indicates that if one order and make payment before 12h00 same day delivery done within 24 hours. Again [URL Removed] did not keep to this "promise" and as mentioned before to them this is in breach of CPA Regulations. I did receive refund for same reason on Order Number M10411495.I expect full refund for order M10419398 to be paid to my ABSA Account. Notified [URL Removed] with e mail to [Email Removed] (Mail sent 08h13) and they chose to ignore me. I even suggested in future they change delivery date to 48 hours in stead of 24 hours as they can not keep to their own promise. I expect my refund to be paid in full, you are in breach of CPA Regulations and when I informed you of this you chose to ignore me. Refund for Order Number M10411495 reflecting in my account, I need in writing approval for full refund and expect the full refund to reflect in my account within 3 days. If I made payment before 12 and mailed you proof of payment 4 times I expect delivery in 24 hours. I expect full refund as mentioned and confirmation in writing.
