Not getting my refund - over a month already

NetFlorist messed up my order on Secretaries day, I had to cancel the order due to non delivery, I have asked for a refund, the "refund" was so-called put thru on the 5th of September by Fiona, since then I have made numerous calls to several agents with absolutely no joy. No refund to this date, the 15th of October. I get as to the whereabouts of Mr. Ryan Bacher, the MD, no one responds as to my refund, at one stage a "payment confirmation" from Std Bank was emailed to me as "proof of payment" of my refund, yet still no refund into my bank account. THe amount on this "payment confirmation" was also wrong. I should be refunded R710.00 not R650.00. The organisation seems a faceless one, deceit, ducking and diving seems to be the norm. I have spoken several times to Christopher Day, I have emailed him 3 times, no reply, no joy. I have spoken to Mia, she promised to revert back, no joy. Fiona - the same. Of Mr. Ryan Bacher - he seems to be hiding somewhere. Is NetFlorist perhaps going under??? I have seen similar complaints on HelloPeter also!! I demand my refund and i demand it back NOW!!! I will go to the Consumer Council next!!! Order no: 100 883 984
