Pure incompetence by Vodacom!

Good day Mr Joosub

It has been more than one month since I sent you my initial e-mail yet it seems very little has been done to resolve it by your staff. This is the fourth time I am having to contact this company regarding the same matter. Yet on 07 Nov. I rec. An email from Rochell (I have a record of the string of emails we sent each other) and your PA Thembi, who both assured me that this matter had been resolved, yet here I am almost a month later with the same problem and it is evident that someone in that organization is not doing their job properly, perhaps as a result of being plain lazy or just pure incompetence. I have the string of emails in which Rochell advised that an amount of R1602.35 would be deducted from my bank account on 01 Dec. (Which it was) and the remaining balance of R432.00 would be deducted on 01 Jan (as my contract expires on 30 Dec.). To this I agreed. On 02 Dec. I rec. A sms saying that R1044.12 would be deducted on 01st Jan '14. Which takes me to me initial complaint which I was fooled into believing had been resolved I AM BEING CHARGED FOR using the internet/downloading yet I have a data bundle!!!
