Lack of Service - Bad communication

I have switched my personal and some of my companies data services to Vodacom from iBurst. This was done due to lack of service from iBurst. This has provided us with a much faster data connection. I however, have 2 problems with Vodacom data - 1 The connected service is intermittent at times which gives rise to frustration. 2 The data bundle carryover results in the new bundle (which expires the next month) to be used first, thereafter the bundle that was carried over (which expires end of the present month) is used. This results in that we do not know the remaining bundle for the present or the next month without daily checks to manage this. PLEASE correct this. This frustration will result that we go back to our previous cellphone and data providers.
SEVERAL Emails have met with apologies for inconvenience and phone calls from persons that have no knowledge about the problem as detailed in the emails.
Vodacom responds in a most irritating manner (see HelloPeter reports) hoping the complaint will go away!
