Why is my dad getting charged R590.99 if he cancelled his contract in August???
With the level of unemployment in this country, please employ people that know how to read and write and understand what information on a fax looks like.
He sent the necessary paperwork regarding his cancellation in August 2013. That's 4 months ago.
Why is he being BILLED?
Mystified about this disgusting treatment to my dad!
