I have been with Nashua for more than four years now; you were always good and provided acceptable level of service for two of those years. I experienced a lot of problems from Nashua during the last two years. For that reason I decided that I am not upgrading with you during the next cycle.

So I honoured my contract and gave one month notice that I would like to cancel my contract that was on 16 August 2013. My instinct told me to request the copy of the cancellation form I have it with me.

You should have billed my bank account for the last time month end of August for September use. To my surprise you billed my bank account again at the end of September.

I want my money back and to be taken off of your network with immediate effect.

As specified on the cancellation form I brought this number to Nashua I want to keep it.
