CELLUCITY NIGHTMARE!!! POOR SERVICE!!!

I upgraded my contract on 26 October 2013 and to date I have had ENDLESS problems with the Blackberry 9720 supplied by CelluCity N1 Cape Town. After only 10 days the phone started overheating and the camera started freezing. I returned the unit and was told, "the phone is out of the 7 days exchange period and needed to be sent away for repairs". This began the most frustrating period as it was the sent away 3 times to only came back with the same problem!
In all this time up to now, 17 December 2013, I have NO use of a "brand new"(problematic) phone and its now being sent back for a FORTH time! If this was Samsung, they would have replaced it with a new phone after the THIRD time.
I don't want a loan phone OR second-hand replacement, as I sent it back Brand New! I'm owed a new phone replacement as I have been paying for the contract since 26 October 2013 and had zero benefit of it!
I believe that Mr O' Conner (contact: 079 900 0070) should take up his managerial responsibility on behalf of Cellucity N1 to simply replace it.
This has frustrated the heck out of me and cost me time and money, driving up and down!

Please resolve this as I'm loyal paying customer and deserve better.
