Lines cancelled: still being billed 4 months late

We cancelled our office DSL lines on 1 August with effect 30 August. Now 4 months, endless phonecalls, queries and follow ups later, we are still being billed for those cancelled office lines. Nothing gets done and we continue to pay and pay because we otherwise loose the lines we would like to keep... HUGELY FRUSTRATING AND SIMPLY GOING NOWHERE.
