NO FOLLOW UP - PROBLEM PERSISTS

For more than 2 weeks I have been trying (With absolutely NO SUCCESS) to resolve a problem with my contract. (Ref S3-TS2I-ICLYP) Finally a "supervisor" named Seipapi promised last Thursday to fix the issue and to let me know when the problem was resolved. Another EMPTY PROMISE! If you call the help line you cannot trace this lady because there are numerous call centres and there is no way to follow up directly... there is therefore NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I am sick and tired of calling the help line and being given the same rubbish!
