On the 28th March 2013, I have converted my 10 year old Vodacom prepaid number to contract... since then I could not receive calls nor messages with the error "The number you have dialled does not exist", but only make outgoing calls and messages. I have logged multiple requests, called Call Centres and even made numerous visits to Vodacom store trying to resolve this issue to no avail. It was only until yesterday when I spoke to a lady called Cathy Hlungwani. She performed the magic from her side and called me and the phone worked. She hanged and called again to ensure my phone s working properly. I even tested with my other number while she was working. I am glad she took time to understand the problem and she got it right the first time. Thanks a lot Cathy, you are a STAR. Thanks to all other Vodacom Consultants who made follow-up calls and emails to ensure my problem was resolved.
