Does the insurance department at MTN even exist? I lodged a claim for the first time in 15 years of dealing with them 2 months ago and it was declined and the reason was I was not covered, but they would refund me my premiums (how do you deduct but not cover?) Also I am only being refunded 6 months - what happens to the rest of my premiums and what was it for if not to cover the phone?
Then I had a phone (well lost according to SAP as it is easier) two and 1/2 weeks ago and been trying since then to get through, some days I try 4-5 times and have even held on for up to 4 hrs - (explain that to my boss) and no luck still - went into a store and still no joy as they can't even get through. How are we supposed to pay for services which are never rendered??? My vent will just fall on deaf ears yet again I am sure. I worked for this place and know how they don't get because "they print money" Well I am sure to be cancelling each of my contracts when they come to an end! I am sure there are many consumers who an relate to this and yet they keep getting away with it.
