I have a 2MB line installed at my house, this is turning out to be a decision i regret. on average i have to call Telkom every days to get them to "reset the port" to get my iinternet connectivity up, the line works for a day or 2 and drops again, i have had technicians come out to my house, a supervisor once or twice and have spoken to numerous call centre agents and their respective supervisors without any success, 2 days ago i spoke to a lady by the name of Lesetja who gave me extremely bad attitude and when i called to report her to her supervisor i had to hold for over 10 minutes and the supervisor promised to look into the matter and deal with the issue that i constantly have and get back to me and to this day i am still waiting.

i have done eveything possible to get this resolved and it doesnt seem like Telkom is prepared to assist, one of their agents about 20 minutes ago advised me to go and buy a Netgear moderm to resolve the issue.

I hope that there is someone who cares enough to have this issue resolved within Telkom otherwise i am getting rid of the ADSL line and going the route of the ever reliable 3G.
