Offering a better service, but have worse pings

Hi

I had a 2mb unshapped line and never had a problem with line speed or with ping.

Now i got upgraded to 4mb the line speed is a joke and the ping even worse.

So to stop the phone lines from over jamming i went to the shop at bayside mall.

Let me just say the women i dealt with was absolutely clueless, had no clue to awsner my questions didnt even admit she didnt know anything just walked to the back to ask for help.

I am sick and tired of this rubbish you promise the world but you never deliver you need to be held accountable for the rubbish service you providing.

Dont to me and say you going to escalate the issue and someone will contact me because i will continue to take this as far as i humanly possibly can.

To top it all off no where on your contract does it say you will limit my speed after download x ammount of data. I checked.

Stop lying to people and give us what we pay for!!!
