I opened up a contract for the iPhone 5S for R200 airtime, 200 SMSes and 500 MB of data per month on top up anytime 200. I received my airtime (R200) and only 25 SMSes and NO data. I went to the store where I received the contract and they stated that I should only receive 25 SMSes instead of 200 and only 150 MB of data not 500 because its a top up. When I opened the contract no one stated this to me as I wouldn't have taken the contract. It does not state this anywhere in the contract either. MTN wants me to wait 3 months for them to sort the problem out but I still have to pay more for less every month. Also they did not tell me when I received the phone that I still need to RICA the SIM card, I found out two days later and went to them to do it and it took a week of me going back and forth to them to get it right. Their service is pathetic and I now understand why all of my friends and family told me not to go to them. I WISH I had listened. They told me that they were sorry, they did not once tell me that they had made the mistake and they told me I would have to pay R460 every month and I won't be getting the contract that I wanted.
