Missing airtime and incorrect recharging of airtim

I am resorting to filing a complaint here as I have phoned the call centre 5 times in the past month and have not had any success.
My phone was replaced earlier this year due to fault and they said my contract would change from receiving:
R200 airtime and 1000 smses pm to
R150 airtime 150 smses and 150mb data pm.
Since then, I have possibly only received the R150 airtime, but I can't even be sure of that. I have not received any data or smses.
In my calls I asked them to correct the recharging as well as refund me for the airtime used on smses and data.
I have noticed that the airtime I had accumulated has also disappeared. I can't be sure of the amount but it was well over R200.
