Once again I am annoyed with MTN, I have just upgraded and signed a contract for another 24 months, I am on a R750 package which i was told gives me R750 airtime, 750 mbs data and 150mbs bonus data, 3 hours mtn to mtn calls (once airtime value is depleted, which I was not told in the shop) and 750 smses, why does it not say 100 smses and 650 mtn to mtn smses but it says specifically mtn to mtn for the three hours 'free airtime'? You should advertise properly as I should be aware as a consumer as to what i am getting. There was no small print on the smses and when I asked about the contract I was assured by the person working there that all was in order. I would like someone to get back to me as i feel like I have been seriously duped. I have been a loyal contract subscriber for 10 years but i am wishing i had changed networks after this experience. You are already way more expensive than all other networks.
