Data hacked - no one in vodacom cares!!!

We reported this problem on wednesday 11th Dec already. My husband went to vodashop Westgate, while he was standing in the shop with the 3g card and sim in his hand, they could see how the data dissapear from the account. They couldn't help him and said that we should phone 082155, which I did, they gave us a ref nr and said that they would come back to us within 24 hours. I phoned again on thursday 12th Dec, again they said somebody will come back to us within 24 hours. I phoned again on friday 13th Dec, this time the consultant says that the query were handed over to the advanced data centre and they will come back to us within 48 hours and the time started at on wednesday, the 48hours were up friday at 3 o'clock and if nobody phones us by then we should call again. I phoned at 4o'clock, this consultant said they can't tell us when we could get an answer. I spoke to the supervisor, she said she would send a email and somebody would come back to me, needless to say, up to now, no body came back to me!!! The cell nr with data query 0826823131; we can't complaint about the service because there is NO NO service!!!
