Allocated incorrect amount of data and SMS bundle

On the 9th of January I upgraded my contract with Mtn. I upgraded to their deal on the iPhone 5S for R429 per month. This was supposed to supply me with 500MB of data, R200 airtime value and 200 SMSes.

However on the 11th of January, the day that I receive my new airtime and data, I only received 300MB of data and 25 SMSes. Being somewhat concerned about this I went into the Mtn branch at century city to rectify the problem. They said that the data and SMS bundle had not been provisioned for my account and logged a USD. Four days later I returned to the branch as I still had not received my bundles. They followed up on this and apparently escalated the issue. It is now the 22nd of January, 11 days after the initial USD was logged and I still have not received my additional data and SMSes. This is unacceptable and I am thoroughly disappointed by Mtn and the fact that they have not been able to sort this out yet. The USD reference number that I received is 3124058. Please sort out this issue immediately.
