Charged for calls I didn't make!

Bought a new phone on contract on the 25 of November, changed my prepaid number to Contract, Got credited with 60 Anytime minutes and 50 Sms'.. I only made three calls to 3 people which all less than 3 minutes; In fact, my remaining balance was 58 minutes and a few seconds. Can't remember the exact date but i think it was the 29/30th, made a call to 808 to inquire about setting my limit to zero so i can be able to recharge once my credited minutes run out.. Consultant told me that the limit has been set, hanged up.. Made no further phone calls for that day. Wake up the next day with my phone showing "GSM", try checking my balance; which was impossible. Got some msg about my services been barred.. I then contacted 808, that's when i heard the news that my account has been suspended cos I've depleted my credited limits. But how, I asked the consultant.. Apparently i made calls to 4 numbers which i don't know. I was fuming because i never made those calls and my phone is security code locked.. Tried explaining to the consultant that i was getting msgs about a Mr. Naidoo about "UNISA" payments and Mogale Optometrists appointments. Something i don't know anything about, he didn't even
