Did an upgrade (against my better judgement). Migration was activated 17 April. Received anytime minutes, plus Data bundle. After the 24th, I was charged for my calls, and no minutes were used. At the end of the month, received a bill for Calls made, but was also notified that I had minutes that carried over. This is supposed to be ANYTIME minutes, so how can they charge me if I have minutes. Every time I phone, I am told that its MTN's fault, and not Autopage. They are awaiting feedback from MTN, but MTN says the charges are legitimate. Passing the buck is not working for me. YOU, AUTOPAGE are a SERVICE PROVIDER, that I am PAYING, a SERVICE PROVIDER!! and of course, if I refuse to pay for what I was charged, while being in my minutes, my line will be disconnected without the courtesy of a call or warning. I have to date made 5 calls in an attempt to get this sorted, the 5th being just now, and I was disconnected while holding for a "manager". i was actually promised that a "manager" would phone me after 24 working hours, we are way beyond that timeframe. I have spent more money on calls fixing this, than what i am being charged for in the first place on this billing query.
