Vodacom
Vodacoms system contradicts itself

Telecommunications

Today at 19H23, I had made 3 calls to the Vodacom call centre.
I was incorrectly informed on how to obtain my talking points SMS bundle balance.
Mistakes can happen, however, on a follow up call I was told I had 50 sms's left. I was then told on checking the system that I had only bought 50 sms's.
On further inspection I was informed that I had indeed bought 100 sms's on the 31/5/2013.During these 3 calls My balance was reduced as I was paying for sms's sent.
Do I have 50 sms's in balance.
Did I buy 50 or 100 sms's?
I still do not know how to check for sms bundle balances bought from talking points.

Further to bad service:

In previous calls made, as is on record surely, I was told I cannot transfer money back to my own cell number from which I had sent it. The value is on the tape.
I told the Consultant it was unfair to find out it cannot be done, until one calls in and asks about it.
The Consultant agreed with me, saying that is the way the system works.
In sharing my dissatisfaction with the Consultant, I asked how the process works to
get my number 'Ported' to Cell C.
I was given prompt answers with telephone numbers.

Is this what Vodacom wants???
To loose customers?
