Problemb with contract and a faulty phone

I am still waiting for feedback. I reported this problem on 14 December and they promise to give feedback but nothing happened or changed. I still have a wrong contract and no phone, because the new Contract phone (Nokia) was not working. I already received 2 bills but I do not have a phone or the correct contract and no response from MTN.
