? How many Times was the phone repaired before: Previous Nokia 301 was replaced within 5 days. The new replaced Nokia, starts with the same problem within a 3 days but I was out of town and could not bring it back before the service providers due date of 7 days. I insist on a new one but they declined and told me it must be send for repair because I brought it back after 7 days. This is unacceptable for me, I could not bring the phone back in time, because I was not in town when the problem with the second phone starts. I immediately took it back when I arrived in Bloemfontein but that was unfortunately 14 days after the replacement.
? Customer Request: I want a immediate replacement with a working phone without a speaker problem. I took out a new contract but because of the 2 faulty Nokia phones, I need to pay for a contract, but do not have a phone. How is it possible that 2 brand new Nokia phones have the same problem within a week from purchase? Waiting for an answer and a phone.
