Telkom account still not cancelled

I cancelled this account on August 29th and I got a reference number 88336792A on the 29th October 2013 by your consultant NELLY confirming my cancellation. Today I received an SMS saying the account has been handed over to MMY Attorneys / Ref 426865.

Can you please rectify this issue as it has been 5 months dealing with this. This is unacceptable service. I cannot afford my name to be placed on bad credit.
