8ta/Telkom - Cannot cancel my account

8ta/Telkom has been billing my account for the last 3 months since I've been out of contract with them. I've called in and have a call reference that I've cancelled my account, I've gone to their outlets and cancelled the contract twice. This has not been done till today. I've got all my communication emails with them yet there is no response on any of them regarding whether the contract is being cancelled or not. I would like my refund for the last 3 months and for my account to be cancelled.
