Cell C
Illing with Mira WASP

I have a Cell C contract (straight-up 100) and for the past two months noticed a severe increase in my
billing amount. Upon further investigation I found that I was being charged for MirA020 at about R8.00 per day!

As far as I understand this is a separate service that you have to sign up for. I never did such a thing.

Cell-C supplies a customer support number for Mira Networks but the number does not exist!

This is nothing short of illegal billing. I hope to hear from Cell C very soon regarding this matter.
