Vodacom
Data purchased, but not given

I have a contract phone with Vodacom, each month i am billed a lot of money for the services. I purchased data on my phone, i selected a month to month option where they will give me 500MB a month. When i did that option, it was towards the end of the month, which means that they will give me data for the remaining days of the month and only charge me the amount of that data. Vodacom charged me a full amount of what i will be paying monthly and also charged me for the data they gave me for the remaining days without giving me the 500Mb they charged me for. I only received 250 MB after paying for the full 500MB and paying for the 250MB
