POOR NETWORK COVERAGE

For over two years i have been reporting to neotel about the poor network coverage in the sandton area precisely in strathavon between grayston shopping center and the firestation upto brazenhead hotel. For over two years now, the line is unclear, i pay over r600 for a service i am not getting. This morning someone called me twice and i could only hear the first 10 seconds of the call. And everytime i complain neotel wants me to get a new package which i get but the service NEVER improves!!!
