I activated my contract on feb at Pavillion mall in Durban, and I had to 500mb every month however I got a prorated amount amount of data 500mb. I called the call centre and asked why did I get more then I signed up for but didn't get a straight answer. On march I still got an extra 500mb. I called again and a case was logged, got a call back saying I had purchased 500mb advised the person I spoke to that I did no such, hence I had dropped my spend limit because I didn't want to get any extra chargers. I thought the person I spoke to was sorting it out only to find that on my first bill I am charged for the 500mb. Again this month the data was loaded on my account and I called in and spoke to the TL Mpho who said he can only stop the recurring data purchase but cant reverse the 500mb that has been sent to my account. This means for 3 MONTHS I will be paying for something I didn't request and don't need...

I want the bundles reversed and don't want to be charged for it as I didn't request it from the word go...

I am new with cellc and already I'm disappointed with the service I am getting and request something to be done.
