I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for the last 11 years and currently spend R 5000 a month with them on my various contracts, but it seems as if they dont give a s about their clients. This all started in October when i activated a Mypromo 1 gig line of data on one of my contracts, which was then activated for October but then comes November no Data buddle and i get charged R 2104 for Data at a cost of R 2 a meg which is crazy if you ask me, after having to call back 4 times my querey was finalised before the debit order date but i was then told the refund can only happen the next month so i must pay for their mistake getting a debit order of almost R 6500 at the end of december... anyway so i thought my data buddle would now be sorted, to my surprise come December billing NO DATA BUDDLE AGAIN AND I GET CHARGED R 2621 for data, i have now once again called 4 times in January, where no one comes back to me and my calls are not even logged so what is the point of customer care?? My last call today and been told it will take 14 days and i will have an answer on the 21st of February, so once again i must pay for their mistake!! Really am fustrated and dissapointed
