Not getting what I'm suppose to get

Renewed my Mtn500 contract on the 24/09/2013 at Brooklyn Mtn where I always go. I were told that I ger R500 airtime 500 SMS 500 mb data and that it would cost R599 p/m. I received my invoice with billing info in November. I saw that the amount were much more then what I'm suppose to pay. After investigating the invoice I saw that I don't get the amount of airtime I'm suppose to get. Whent back to store on the 23/10/2013 to fix error. Busang Reabetsoe help me on the day and said they made a mistake but only the person who renewed the contract can fix the error. That person were not there that day, she send out a email to Mtn active support and to Phomolo Shela. Gave me a number to phone the next week to follow up on progress. The next week I phone, send SMS and now answer or reply, tried phoning the store, phone just keep on ringing. Send emails to all people involved, no one has come back to me, loged complain on website and got a Req nr.2973288. They said it takes 5-7 working days, it is now long pass that, stil nothing. Can someone pls help. I'm 16 years with them but I can assure you that the relationship will not go on much longer if they don't fix error and refund me.
