Bundles removed, billing error, no refund yet

My contact is for R500 airtime, 500MB data, 500 SMS, 60 minutes MTN-to-MTN talk time
On 27 September I only received the R500 and an existing 100 SMS bundle - all other bundles were cancelled. Was then billed for all phone calls, all data, all sms after 100 - some of this was paid for by airtime on the phone, the rest was invoiced. The debit has gone off, so I've had nearly R600 too much taken from my bank account and had my airtime wiped out.

The bundles have never been re-instated, so this is just the first month of trouble. There are two more invoices to come.

Call centre says I am due a credit of R661 in total, which I disagree with - they say I must pay R17 for a statement of how they re-calced this. MTN made the mistake - I deserve to see an explanation of the recalc.

Referring to invoice 26 Oct ONLY:

The refunds I'm expecting based on my calculations of what was charged to my airtime balance and then invoiced after it was depleted:
Refund to my airtime balance: 51.48 (sms) 368.09 (data) 62.20 (phone) = R481.77
Refund to my FNB bank account: 18.48 (sms) 507.24 (data) 61.46 (phone) = R587.18

I want: Show me how you calculated R661, and refund both FNB and airtime
